Well this post will be short and sweet.  First, sorry about the lag time since my last post, but personal matters have kept me occupied the last month or so. 

And here’s a link to a site with lots of free online games, including my favorite, the 3D chess game.  Most online versions of chess don’t seem to have this 3D feature, and I find it much more difficult to view the board in 2D from above, and still play well.  Too many years of playing on a real world board, I guess.  This site is MSN Games, and you can click below to get there.

Well, here’s another Trunk Monkey Post. This time I embedded the movie in the post (sucessfully I hope!). It contains the first few I’ve already posted, plus 3 more. My favorite is the car thief and anti-theft device one. I had a car stolen out my yard and wrecked a few years ago, and the commercial is right, “sometimes just getting your car back isn’t good enough!”. Any way, these are fun to watch and free, so here they are.

I’ll post some more on the water fueled cars in the next few days.

Just a quick note, this time. You may have already heard about the fun (and/or dangerous) reaction combinig Diet Coke and mentos causes. These 2 guys took it one step further, and created a Blue Men style video, set to music, that shows how a neat trick can be used to make a fun “experiment”. It wasn’t exactly free for them, since it probably took about $200-300 of Diet Coke and Mentos to produce, but it is free and fun to watch. Check it out by clicking here; Blue Men on Coke.

Do You Know “What Time It Is”?

Here’s a link to a website that’s probably one of William Drayton, Jr.’s (Flavor Flav) favorites.  It provides the official time in all of the time zones in the United States, so you’ll always know “What time it is”. You can use it to set all of your clocks, VCR’s, DVD players, etc. in your home to the absolute correct time by the Official U.S. Atomic Clock operated by The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in Fort Collins, Colorado.

It also has a map that shows you the light/dark meridians all around the world at that particular time.  Nothing big, just fun and free.
